Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of ClockAll. Please have them reviewed by your own counsel before relying on them.
The service
ClockAll provides time tracking, scheduling, PTO, and payroll-export tools. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for using the service in compliance with applicable labor and privacy laws.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your organization’s accounts, including the employees you invite.
Free trial & billing
New organizations get a 90-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required, priced by active employee count. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate the rights of your employees or others. Biometric features must be used with proper notice and consent.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is.” ClockAll is a tool to help you manage your workforce; you remain responsible for your own payroll, tax, and labor-law compliance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions? hello@clockall.com.
