Is ClockAll really free for small teams?
Yes. Teams of 1–3 employees use ClockAll free forever — time tracking, timesheets, and basic scheduling, no credit card and no time limit. Paid plans start at $5.99/month once you reach 4+ employees and add Face ID, PTO, and payroll export.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. Employees clock in on their own phone with Face ID, or on a shared tablet/iPad kiosk with a 6-digit PIN — no badges or terminals to buy.
How does Face ID stop buddy-punching?
On-device face matching confirms the right person is clocking in. We store encrypted face embeddings, never raw photos.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there’s no contract. Change or cancel your plan from billing settings whenever you like.
Does ClockAll handle overtime and payroll?
Yes. It auto-calculates regular, overtime, double-time, and break penalties by state, then exports a payroll-ready CSV you can import into ADP, Gusto, Paychex, QuickBooks or any provider that accepts a CSV.
How many locations can I manage?
From one to a thousand. Filter every screen by location and roll it all up into one owner dashboard, with per-location manager access.
What’s included in the free plan for 1–3 employees?
Time tracking, timesheets, and basic scheduling — enough to run a small team end to end. Face ID, PTO tracking, and payroll export unlock when you upgrade at 4+ employees. Your data carries straight over, nothing to re-enter.
Which payroll systems can I use ClockAll with?
A payroll-ready CSV export — hours, overtime, double-time and gross — for import into ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Rippling, Paylocity, QuickBooks or any provider that takes a CSV. Labor cost is reported by employee, day, role and location so you can see where the hours went.
Does ClockAll work offline?
Yes. The kiosk and mobile clock keep working without a connection — punches queue on-device and sync automatically once you’re back online, so a dropped Wi-Fi signal never stops a shift.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contract, no setup fee, and no hardware to buy. Plans are month-to-month and you can change tiers or cancel anytime from billing settings.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. You own your data and can export timesheets, schedules, and payroll reports to CSV at any time — including from the free plan.
